1 General Terms

Welcome to sbc8. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sbc8 website located at sbc8.ws, including all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, promotions, and any other services offered by sbc8 (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

sbc8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of the English version, which takes precedence in all cases.

The Platform, its services, and these Terms are intended for players based in Bangladesh who access the site in English. sbc8 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play, data security, and responsible gaming. sbc8 does not make claims regarding specific regulatory licences and strongly encourages all players to review applicable local laws before participating in online gaming.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all users of the sbc8 Platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any individual who interacts with any sbc8 service. They apply equally to access via the sbc8.ws website and via the official sbc8 Android application. Use of the Platform in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 Definitions

• "Platform" means the sbc8 website at sbc8.ws and all associated services, applications, and features.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the sbc8 Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the BDT funds held in a Player's sbc8 Account, including real-money balance and any bonus balance where separately tracked.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, or other promotional incentive awarded by sbc8.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, designated by the ৳ symbol.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of sbc8 services, including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal Account on the Platform. Account registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals aged 18 and above who are located in Bangladesh.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (such as bKash or Nagad), and a secure password of your choosing.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times. sbc8 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the sbc8 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same email address, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts associated with the same individual are detected, sbc8 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any outstanding Bonuses, and retain any winnings derived from Bonus funds. Real-money balances in duplicate Accounts will be returned to the player after verification of identity.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

sbc8 conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) as required to confirm the identity, age, and location of players. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (any nationality)
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar, dated within the past three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

All verification documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in English or Bengali. sbc8 will process verification documents within 48 hours under normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume (such as BPL cricket season), processing may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email once verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. sbc8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, available under Account Security Settings. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact sbc8 support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

sbc8 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, enabling players to deposit and withdraw funds in BDT without currency conversion fees. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sbc8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)

The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time. The current list of available methods is always displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your sbc8 Account. sbc8 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, third-party processors not listed above, or cash payments of any kind.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount on sbc8 is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by sbc8, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically confirmed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to credit to your sbc8 Balance, depending on the processing times of your bank.

sbc8 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service. You are responsible for checking any fees levied by your payment provider before initiating a deposit.

3.3 Withdrawal Limits and Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount on sbc8 is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the verification of your Account. Withdrawals to verified Accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or mobile wallet registered in the same name as your sbc8 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. sbc8 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your Account must have completed the KYC verification process (see Section 2.3).
• Any active Bonus funds must have met the applicable Wagering Requirement in full (see Section 4).
• Your Account must be in good standing with no active fraud investigations, pending disputes, or self-exclusion measures.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable Account withdrawal limits set under Responsible Gaming tools.

3.5 Dormant Account Fees

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. sbc8 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant Accounts with a positive Balance. Dormant Account fees will not reduce a Balance below zero. You may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in; upon reactivation, no further dormancy fees will apply until the next dormancy period.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

sbc8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated alongside individual promotions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register an Account and make their first qualifying deposit on sbc8 are eligible to receive a 100% match welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. To receive the welcome bonus, the qualifying deposit must meet the minimum threshold specified in the current welcome bonus promotion terms. The welcome bonus is credited to your Account automatically upon qualifying deposit confirmation.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by sbc8 are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The standard Wagering Requirement applicable to sbc8 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement must be wagered a total of ৳30,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution towards Wagering Requirements
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10% contribution
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution on bets with odds of 1.50 or greater
• Crash Games (Aviator and similar): 50% contribution
• Video Poker, Keno, Scratch Cards: 0% contribution (excluded from wagering)

4.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a validity period during which the Wagering Requirement must be completed. The standard bonus validity period on sbc8 is 30 calendar days from the date of bonus award. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice. Real-money balances are unaffected by bonus expiry.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

sbc8 actively monitors all accounts for patterns of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine play; colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers; and exploiting any technical error or misconfiguration in bonus systems.

4.5 Promotional Changes

sbc8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including during the active validity period of a promotion. Where a promotion is modified or discontinued mid-period, sbc8 will provide reasonable notice on the Platform. Players who have already claimed a bonus in good faith before a modification will have their existing bonus terms honoured to the extent reasonably practicable.

5 User Obligations

By using the sbc8 Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, or legal action where applicable.

5.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the sbc8 Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other player's use of the Platform.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sbc8 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or perform any actions that would otherwise require manual operation by a human player
• Exploiting any software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain; any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported and will be voided
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes in casino games, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with sbc8
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on the Platform

5.3 Communication Standards

When communicating with sbc8 support staff via live chat, email, or any other channel, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and in accordance with reasonable standards of professional communication. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at sbc8 staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate Account termination without prior warning.

5.4 Responsible Use of Winnings Information

Any winnings information, odds data, game outcomes, or statistical information obtained via the sbc8 Platform is provided for your personal use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any such information without the prior written consent of sbc8.

6 Age Restriction

sbc8 takes its age verification obligations extremely seriously. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. sbc8 will verify your age as part of the KYC process (see Section 2.3). Where there is any reasonable doubt regarding a player's age, sbc8 will suspend the Account and request age verification documentation before allowing further access.

If age verification reveals that a player is under 18 years of age:

• The Account will be permanently closed immediately.
• All deposits made to the Account will be returned to the originating payment method.
• Any winnings generated while the Account was active will be forfeited in their entirety.
• sbc8 may report the matter to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

If you are a parent or guardian and have reason to believe that a minor in your household has registered or attempted to register an Account on sbc8, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action without delay.

7 Account Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your sbc8 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, sbc8 will process the closure within 48 hours. Before closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all applicable withdrawal conditions (see Section 3.4) have been met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure.

If you are requesting Account closure due to concerns about problem gambling, sbc8 strongly encourages you to consider self-exclusion instead of or in addition to Account closure. Self-exclusion provides an additional layer of protection by preventing re-registration. Details of self-exclusion options are available at sbc8.ws/responsible-gaming.

7.2 Closure by sbc8

sbc8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Detection of multiple Accounts in violation of Section 2.2
• Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse as defined in Section 4.4
• Chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player
• Use of prohibited software or automation tools
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested
• Failure to confirm age as 18 or above

Where an Account is closed by sbc8 due to breach of these Terms, sbc8 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld real-money Balance will be returned within 14 business days.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure (whether by the player or by sbc8), your right to access the Platform terminates immediately. You must not attempt to re-register unless you have received express written confirmation from sbc8 that you are permitted to do so. Attempting to circumvent a closure or self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

sbc8 strives to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. However, sbc8 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, interruptions, or delays. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible. sbc8 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, or force majeure events.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on sbc8 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are final once confirmed by the game server. sbc8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from game outcomes, whether perceived as unfair or otherwise. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the relevant sporting event and applicable rules. In the event of a technical error during a game or bet that prevents a result from being determined, the relevant game round or wager will be voided and stakes returned to the player's Balance.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The sbc8 Platform integrates third-party services including game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and payment processors (such as bKash and Nagad). sbc8 is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or technical failures of these third-party providers. Any disputes relating to third-party game outcomes should be directed to the game provider in the first instance; sbc8 will assist with escalation where possible.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sbc8's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim (whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise).

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the sbc8 Platform should be directed to sbc8 support in the first instance via [email protected]. sbc8 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.

8.6 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed provision.

8.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the sbc8 Privacy Policy (available at sbc8.ws/privacy-policy) and Responsible Gaming Policy (available at sbc8.ws/responsible-gaming), constitute the entire agreement between you and sbc8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
